On this project I worked on the preliminary phases during the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) engagement of Fletchers by client NZTA. During these phases I Design-Managed the prelim design for consents and pricing, contributed inputs to estimating the works and again design-managed the detailed design phase. Execution of the works was postponed by NZTA until after completion of the detailed design and commenced early 2012, just as I left the project.
